Big pharma and others are in the sick business. They are not in the wellness business because if they were, they would be more concerned about a healthy immune system rather than creating medications with side effects that make people suffer or die. All medications do is put a band aid on symptoms rather than treat the underlying disease.

Let us look into viruses such as the common cold as a foundation in order to prove a theory I have been making since last year. That theory is if the spike protein (the toxin in the current virus) replicates as much as our cells do, those who are vaccinated will become a human spike protein and super-spreaders, especially if the jab does provide immunity and stop transmission. New variants will be born in the vaccinated and they will infect each other as well as the unvaccinated.

Coronaviruses (CoVs) are a common cause of infection in many animal species. In humans, CoVs are most often associated with the common cold, but can cause more serious conditions such as SARS and MERS. These enveloped viruses access their host cells by binding to receptors on the plasma membrane and then undergo fusion with the host membrane. Both binding and fusion are mediated by a specific viral spike protein.

Healing is a personal endeavor. You should always keep your immune system in tip top shape. A positive attitude, a love of self and live food (plants, seeds, etc) will greatly impact your health. Food for thought…you are what you eat and you are what you think; therefore, you are what you feel. Eat to live rather than live to eat ๐Ÿ™‚

Are you getting your rays on? Never think that we live on a planet without natural healing food. We also have the sun which kicks viruses’ butts to the moon and back! When doctors recommend bed rest you should ask why do you want me in bed doctor when the sun is necessary in producing vitamin D in my body which is very well needed. The only other way to get your vitamin d on is through diet. Story below from spring.

Boost your zinc intake to the daily recommended amount. Zinc boosts your immune system and is beneficial for your heart. Not enough can be damaging to your heart and taking too much may cause angina and heart attacks but we need to have zinc so simply eat foods that have zinc in them. Zinc shortens the length of the common cold which always means it may in fact be beneficial to our immune system in preventing or shortening the time one has coronavirus. The following foods have zinc and the selection is helpful for meat-eaters as well as vegetarians and vegans. Don’t eat meat unless you absolutely have to. Animals are living beings with consciousness.

1. Oysters

2. Lobster and crab

3. Meat and poultry

4. Veggies such as kale and mushrooms

5. Legumes

6. Nuts and seeds

7. Whole grains

8. Fortified breakfast cereals (watch the sugar intake)

9. Milk and dairy (I will not put dairy in my system) it has been my belief for a few decades now that milk is made for a 400 pond calf, not human consumption. Therefore it will make our bones brittle rather than strong and cause osteoporosis.

10. Dark Chocolate

Find out more about each before creating a zinc plan and do not eat foods that you are allergic to. I am not a doctor but we do need zinc so if you can’t figure how much to use, please call a trusted doctor and make sure you can trust the doctor.

Please ensure you are eating well and boosting your immune system. This will help you tremendously in warding off viruses and diseases. Also, it is really important that you stay positive no matter how negative people are when talking about the virus because fear and stress are immune system killers. All they are doing is setting others up for a death sentence. We know that stress brings on many diseases so if people are stressing you out about COVID or any other thing, walk away until they have something positive to say. Tell them you wear a mask to lessen the risk of contracting the virus and you will walk away from them for fear-mongering and causing you stress.

We do not wear masks and boost our immune systems (two separate things) in order to have negative conversations about the virus. Many people hear stories about something, let’s use the virus as an example, and then anytime they have a similar symptom they stress and fear they have the virus. This is not healthy. Please let go of these people until they change. Please make sure you are eating food with vitamin C. I have personally been around this virus since November of 2019 and we weren’t locked down until March. So we walked around unprotected for approximately 5 months before lockdown.

I am sure we all had the virus at some point and more than one strain. I eat a healthy diet and felt that maybe I had symptoms at times after the lockdown because that is when you become fearful. Oh no, lockdown, and then you are aware of the virus and symptoms and think you are infected if you sneeze or if you cough, etc. On lockdown, I ate more cuties (tangerines) in one day than I usually eat in one month’s time. I run deliveries so I knew I had to eat more, but even if I didn’t know, my body would have craved them because our bodies know what we need when something attacks them. I haven’ had a great supply of cuties since probably May, I ran out of raw garlic maybe 2 weeks ago and of course, my nose is running and I feel like I have a cold.

Today I bought orange juice which I haven’t had for a while and 3 minutes later my daughter said, “You finished that already?” Yes, because my body knows what it needs. It needed vitamin C! Stay away from sweets because sweets and viruses does not a healthy person make. Viruses and also bacteria thrive on sweets. Do your own research, of course, don’t ever simply listen to anything you hear when it comes to the safety of yours and your family’s lives. There are things that you will not hear from some of the so-called experts so you must do your own research.

Sugar robs your body of nutrients and weakens your immune system, and leaves you at risk for viruses and other illnesses. So if you eat a candy bar, make sure that you know you sort of knock your immune system out for 6 hours and if you are already sick, you will probably feel worse.

Turmeric and garlic both thin your blood as do many other spices and foods. Try some in tea each night. Also, I make a special green soup that cures parvo in dogs (even puppies and pits) and boosts our human immune systems greatly. I have shared that in my videos and will share it here.

So, keep your distance from negative people. Stay positive, eat wisely. Eat to live, don’t live to eat. The difference will amaze you. I know a lot of you remain in fear. People are getting sick and living and people are getting sick and dying. It happens each year with the flu and many diseases. Better safe than sorry, just take care of yourselves. If you don’t, who will? Again, some people have no symptoms, some mild, some severe, and unfortunately some people are dying.

I will leave you with this. I have heard about a lot of sick people dying and many of our elderly in nursing homes in N.Y. This is a shame and a shame that Covid patients were put in their space, caught it and died. I know a woman in her 60s who would be considered a part of the first six month Covid patients. She is a flight attendant and she and other airline employees were sick and must have begun to spread the virus in late October and early November in 2019.

The media can’t share that information because the experts weren’t telling it to us which is why the number of cases and deaths will never be accurate, never. You do the math. Here in October/November, no one knew so we were unprotected. That leaves probably 75% of the nation at least contracting the virus and 145,000 fatalities in 9 months. https://medicine.yale.edu/news-article/23446/

Anyway, she is in her 60s, she had it for about 2 months. She is fine. I have 2 family members in N’Y., a couple, both in their 80s who also had the virus. They went to the hospital and then to rehab for a short time. They are fine. There are more, one of my daughters and her family of five. They are all fine and with a child and one adult with asthma. One of my friends and her roommate caught it in February. She has rheumatoid arthritis and was prescribed an antibiotic (maybe bactrim) and something for inflammation (maybe motrin). They are both fine as well.

Make aware to the doctor you see (if he doesn’t know your medical history) of your pre-existing conditions if you have any. You may need antibiotics immediately because a secondary illness on top of the virus, no bueno. Remember, there are many positive endings. Focus on those to help you stay strong. Cast out the negative people and their negative stories with the woe is me crapola. This is NOT the time for this. Staying strong and positive and knowing you have the ability to kick the virus’ butt is very important. Love and light and be safe.

SARS COVID II

Why Were We Told Not To Use Ibuprofen as Treatment

Ibuprofen is a anti-inflammatory, fever reducer and pain reliever. Some of the covid symptoms include inflammation, fever and pain. The ingredients are as follows:

Highlighted or bold words indicate Covid symptoms and that Ibuprofen temporarily relieves the symptoms.

Drug Facts

Active ingredient (in each tablet or capsule)
Ibuprofen 200 mg (NSAID)*

*nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug

Purpose
Pain reliever/fever

Uses
temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to:

headache, minor pain of arthritis, the common coldmuscular achestemporarily reduces fever, backache, toothache,  menstrual cramps

Warnings
Allergy alert:  Ibuprofen may cause a severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to aspirin.  Symptoms may include:

hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing)  shock,  skin reddening, rash, blister
Retrieved from the FDA website https://www.fda.gov/drugs/postmarket-drug-safety-information-patients-and-providers/ibuprofen-drug-facts-label

Another Covid symptom is shortness of breath so if you are allergic to aspirin and have an asthmatic reaction your doctor may choose to give you breathing treatments. I do not see why a Dr. will choose not to put you on Ibuprofen due to asthma, not only because he can give you breathing treatments but because you will probably have to use steroids to open your airways due to covid and this should conquer asthma as it does for me and many other asthmatics.

Let us focus on immunity. Our immune systems must be strong in order to fight the bad guys. Please watch the video below. I did not post this video for you to buy Dr. Livingood’s vitamin D product, that is up o you. In fact, I started watching the video the other day and scrolled down just one minute ago and saw products. In any case, it is very important that you in some way, shape or form ensure high enough levels of vitamin D so that you are not or do not become vitamin D deficient. Milk is Not A Source of Vitamin D, It Is A Source of Calcium. The Sun is a Source of Vitamin D and Gives Us Energy.

As much as I heard doctors tell sick people to stay home and lie in bed to heal, I always wanted to be outside breathing the fresh air and feeling the amazing rays from the sun on my body. Humans, like plants have in common the need to produce vitamin d. What happens when you take a plant out of the sun? They look a little lazy ๐Ÿ™‚ The sun is our natural energy. Plants produce vitamin D3 and fungi produce vitamin D2.

According to the National institute of Health (NIH) (2013), the regulation and maintenance of of the body’s calcium levels is the main job of vitamin D which helps in the development and maintenance of a healthy skeleton. NIH further maintains that “vitamin D insufficiency increases the risk of osteoporosis, but has also been linked to an increased risk of hypertension, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, and cancer.”

I will not personally recommend that you drink milk as a source of vitamin D. I have been against drinking milk for at least 30 years because I am not a calf. When a 400 pound calf is born it needs it mother’s milk and is eventually weaned off of it. When humans have babies, these babies once weaned off of its mother’s milk or formula should definitely not drink cow’s milk, they are not 400 pound calves. Well, they simply aren’t calves at all. What in anyone’s mind thought that humans should drink cow’s milk? Do cows drink our milk? This to me is an overabundance of calcium and to me, this makes our bones brittle, not stronger. We also do not want the mucous build up, especially if we have an upper respiratory disease such as a virus or another upper respiratory infection.

Milk is a good source of calcium, not vitamin D. I hear many people say that milk is a good source of vitamin D but they are mistaken. Vitamin D helps calcium absorb into our bones. Please don’t use cow’s milk as a source of vitamin D to strengthen your bones, use the sun instead. If you eat fish, fish is a great source of vitamin D. I do not eat once living animals. s

There is a small list of benefits in drinking milk but you can find them elsewhere.

“Vitamin D is often referred to as โ€œthe sunshine vitaminโ€ because the sun is one of the best sources of this nutrient.” Further “Your skin hosts a type of cholesterol that functions as a precursor to vitamin D. When this compound is exposed to UV-B radiation from the sun, it becomes vitamin D.” On this same page you can find vitamin fortified food and supplements.

Here is an interesting read I just this second found entitled ” The Effect of Sunlight on The Growth, Production and Reproduction of
Dairy Cattle” from March of 1938. Yes, this is an old academic paper but it shows how we have been aware of the need for sunlight for vitamin D and yet, doctors always told us to rest in bed when we were sick.

Maybe you have time to read this if you are interested in New evidence of similarity between human and plant steroid metabolism: 5alpha-reductase activity in Solanum malacoxylon. This is an abstract only and leads to more links.

The point I am making is that vitamin D kills viruses. Yes, many of us feel better when we soak up the sun’s amazing rays and it is important that we listen to our inner beings; however, there is research to back this up. I will leave a link so that you can read it for yourself. I want to add that there are certain vitamins that we need to successfully survive. When we are deficient of vitamins our immune system can suffer and in some cases lead to death.

For instance, a lack of vitamin C is called scurvy. I read an article more than one quarter of a century ago explaining how doctors learned about scurvy. I believe sailors were circumnavigating and on their journey they ran out of oranges and other acidic fruit. Let me see if I can pull that up.

According to Medical News Today (2017), scurvy was known in ancient Greek and Egyptian times. As I was saying, it is typically associated with sailors from the fifteenth to eighteenth centuries when it was hard to restock fresh produce leading to death. The lack of vitamin C caused bleeding; I am sure the original article stated sailors were bleeding from their eyes, noses and other places.

Medical News Today (2017) maintains scurvy can lead to anemia, exhaustion, spontaneous bleeding, debility, ulceration of the gums and loss of teeth, swelling in some parts of the body, and pain in the limbs, particularly the legs.

This is why it is important to eat right and give your body the fuel it needs. Your immune system and your life depend on it. The immune system is supposed to be our best defense against against foreign attacks on our bodies but because we are deficient in something at some point, we are not functioning at 100% capacity. Vitamin D is needed in our bodies and you can read this online, it is not a hidden fact yet. Where it is hidden is when a virus comes along and we are told to rest in bed. What about Covid? This is a virus. Scientists and doctors should absolutely insist that we absorb the sun’s rays everyday, with or without the infection to prevent infection or recover from it.

In an article on NCBI from 2010, there is an article entitled “VITAMIN D FOR TREATMENT AND PREVENTION Of INFECTIOUS DISEASES: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED TRIALS.” I perused the article which discussed that several studies focused on vitamin D and its association with immune response. Studies “demonstrated that vitamin D regulates the expression of specific endogenous antimicrobial peptides in immune cells; this action leads to a potential role for vitamin D in modulating the immune response to various infectious diseases.” If you are interested in reading this article you can find the reference below.

Here is another article you may be interested in reading. In this article the author states that vitamin D acts as an anti-inflammatory and that more research is needed. Naturally, any vitamin that acts as an anti-inflammatory should be given to those infarcted with Covid and all other viruses.

“Available data suggest that vitamin D plays a role in controlling inflammation in the lungs. However, to date vitamin D-induced
production of cathelicidin has not been shown to have an effect on the burden of either viruses or bacteria. Future work should
continue to determine the effects of vitamin D-regulated mechanisms in the lung and the possible role of cathelicidin against
different pulmonary pathogens in vivo.” (American Society for Microbiology, 2016).
