I enjoy making soup and it is not just to create something new. I love that we can choose what WE want in the soup rather than choosing from what is available. Soup can be a delicious healthy bowl of natures medicine. You can make green soup, yellow soup, potato garlic soup, I mean the possibilities are endless! Why not create health in a bowl, right?
IF YOU KEEP REPEATING A LIE, IT BECOMES THE TRUTH. BE MINDFUL ABOUT WHAT YOU HEAR ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND THE MAINSTREAM NEWS. YOU DO NOT NEED THE JUCIER AND BIGGER BURGER. YOU NEED SMART FOOD WHICH IS EARTH’S FOOD FILLED WITH CELL INFORMATION THAT COMMUNICATES WITH YOURS. DEAD FOOD, LIKE MEAT HAS LOW VIBRATIONS FROM THE TORTURE IT ENDURED.
Please be mindful of the food you put in your body. A lot of it is poisonous. Did you vote to have fluoride in your water and food? I didn’t. I don’t think voting is optional anymore. What a shame…you are poisoned without your permission and don’t listen to the dentists who say it’s good for your teeth because it is not. Why do people have so many dental problems then? Fluoride is put in rat poisoning and it attacks your pineal gland. Do your research.
So you think that purified water is good for you? Spring water has the minerals. Does purified water have minerals? Is fluoride added to purified water?
Are we being mindful of the crapola we put in our bodies? Please do. It can save your lives and please stop drinking fluoridated water!
For those of you who do not like straight water, add lemon and ginger. It is fabulous. I drink it everyday. Ginger is healing and great for the 3rd Chakra known as Manipura or Solar Plexis. You want to see colors in food that correspond to your chakras. For instance, the Root Chakra is red so seeing, eating, smelling, drinking red foods is what your inner doctor orders.
Tea is very soothing. I drink decaffeinated tea and sometimes add organic cinnamon (ceylon type). Sometimes I add lemon. This helps my sacral and solar plexus chakras and is a great aroma and adds an interesting flavor to tea. Please remember to use organic (ceylon) cinnamon. You will have to search harder in a regular supermarket because they typically do not focus on the healthier cinnamon. Otherwise you can go to a health food store. Cinnamon has at least 10 positive affects on the body in its organic form. The other type of cinnamon still holds the same healing affects; however, it contains an ingredient that causes 6 bad side affects, so try to get organic!
Spice up your life…TUMERIC
When you go shopping please buy flax seeds, chia seeds, sesame and poppy seeds, hemp hearts, turmeric, fennel lemon and ginger root. I will be adding healing recipes.
Cinnamon not only smells and tastes good, but it also has 10 health benefits. Do not use regular market cinnamon (cassia) though because as with other spices and foods that are healthy for us, people choose to add things that have bad side affects. Cassia cinnamon is what is typically sold in the market; however, you should be looking for organic cinnamon which is CEYLON cinnamon. The good news is that Ceylon cinnamon reduces heart disease risk factors, lowers blood sugar levels, and has other benefits.
Garlic in everything Garlic is extremely healthy for us, as is raw apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has been used for millennia as a cure as well as for preventative purposes. You should drink a few ounces daily and the taste is overwhelming to some at first so, I suggest mixing it with either honey (another cure for many years, even topically), lemon or both. Also, you can put garlic in the ACV or you can mix it with fresh garlic in orange juice.
Many times when people see or visualize what a person is sharing with them, it is easier to understand. I can tell you a million times the difference between ingesting positive and negative energy; however; seeing and visualizing is more effective. Read this short article and see the pictures here regarding some foods that are eaten alive. When I say live food should be eaten, I do not mean live animals. This is cruel and you ingest negative energy from the torture.
Does it ever cross your mind that eating a meat based diet leaves you sluggish, less energized and at times, feeling negative? Do you ever wonder why eating fruits and vegetables give you more energy? First of all, animals are slaughtered and die with bad energy and then you eat it. Is that the energy you want to carry? Secondly, animals are dead when eaten so how can this make us feel alive? Plants are alive and give us better energy, as they need sun and water to grow, they are beneficial to our health and cleanses our systems even on a spiritual level.

It is very rare that I watch the boob-tube; however, when I do, I hear commercials that market drugs and they mention so many bad side effects, including death. Is this what we have to look forward to? No, we do not. A healthy diet will prevent us from taking those awful deadly drugs. A lot of greens (B17), garlic, fruit, and ginger. A healthy diet is extremely important to every soul and their shells/vessels. In other words, eating well is necessary for both the soul and the body it resides in each lifetime. We are energy; therefore, we must eat that which is energized by the sun. A plant diet is best for soul and body.

Treating your body better than your car is expected; however, treating it at least equal to is better than nothing. Take in super fuels.Give your body what it needs. Ingest positive energies that make you feel alive and energized rather than ingesting negative energies which make you feel sluggish and can be high risk factors for disease (dis ease).
There are two things that help us stay in great shape. One is mind over matter. The other; ask yourself this, do you think we evolved on a planet without natural medication? Certain foods have healing powers. Fall in love with plants and spices.
Don’t forget to fall in love with yourself! Fall in love with nature and fall in love with everything, as we are one. Don’t miss a moment to be grateful, gratitude raises your vibration.
Consciousness is all there is. Separation is an illusion. We are one. The big bang was thought, consciousness emerging and the creator uses every living thing to experience him/herself through all of us for the purpose of knowing itself through different perspectives. Division is a slap in the face to the creator. It is a cancer. Remove this cancer because dis-ease does not hold the same high frequency of love and unity.
We deserve more than genetically modified foods. We deserve the real thing! Make sure you buy organic and let the cells in your fruits and veggies communicate with the cells in your body.
