Here is a tea I like to make. It contains Cinnamon, Turmeric, Flax Seed, Curry, Honey, Cumin and if you use sugar, try organic and not white. I sometimes use lemon, but as I drink lemon and ginger water daily, I do not always use lemon in this tea.
A diet high in vibrations does the body and soul wonders. Dark greens and berries, add nuts and you have a healthy, light masterpiece. Be creative with your salads. You can add apples and other fruit. Make those colors match the colors of your chakras and walah!
Cook brown or dirty rice and add chunks of avocado and tomato, some onion and fresh garlic and a salad on the side. Yummy
Teas are great for healing illness. The mixture of honey and cinnamon are especially effective in healing. I drink tea every night with honey, cinnamon, & turmeric. I came across this video in 2019 to see the health benefits of what I drink.
It is important to listen to your inner being (higher self) or whichever term you use. You will notice that you know what your body needs, you are supposed to. You are indeed an eco-system. You have trillions of cells in your body which make up your person eco-system.
Here is an experiment for you to try. Put something in your hand that you want to eat or apply to your body, focus and ask yourself if what you are holding is good for you. If your body leans forward, it is good for you. Your body is saying go forward. If your body leans back, it is not good for you.
Make it a habit to listen to yourself.
Love yourself, you will respect yourself more and people will treat you with the respect you give to yourself. The more you love and respect yourself, the better off your eco-system will be because you will give your body what it needs rather than commercial telling you what to eat.
This was supper one night. A bed of spring mix, rice with black beans and corn topped with asparagus and an olive medley. Oh, yum. I want to add that being vegetarian or vegan is very simple and there are many options for you. Some people complain that it is more expensive to keep a veg and vegan diet but that is not true at all. The first image does not include asparagus or olives. Boosting Your Immune System
Please make use of the following ingredients NOW if you are allowed to take anti-coagulants (blood thinners). Turmeric, Vitamin E, Ginger, Cayenne Peppers, Cinnamon. Of course, if you have allergies to any of these, I do not recommend using them. **Also, do not use a lot of cinnamon.** I am not a doctor so use at your discretion. These ingredients can be used in food or you can make soup and tea. They are good for thinning blood so that you can control clotting caused by bacteria. Our bodies naturally clot when needed. Clotting that is not natural can be dangerous as in the case where your blood clots from bacteria from an infection or (______).
There are so many different kinds of veggies and fruits with beautiful colors. The colors and beauty alone can raise your vibration before they even touch your lips!
These are my snacks for work. I run deliveries and I am in contact with many people. Better safe than sorry.
Include in your daily diet, a handful of positivity, zero stress, and zero fear. Stress and fear will hurt your immune system. Being positive will raise your vibration and boost your immune system.
Salad is one of my favorite dishes to prepare. Not the one above, that is simply a car snack. Typically I add as many colors as possible to salad. I also add seeds, nuts and sometimes fruit.

Fuse Honey and garlic together. Both garlic and honey have mega healing properties. Combining them will increase their power. I call it HG Fusion. It boosts my immune system which is very important, especially now with this virus. I am not the only one using this, I saw a video some time ago using the same ingredients calling it garlic-infused honey or honey infused garlic. I am sure it must be garlic infused.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 cup of raw honey
- Approximately 4 whole heads of garlic
- A container with a lid. Maybe a mason jar because they have lids, or whatever you have available
- Break your garlic into cloves and peel the skin away.
- Put the garlic in your jar and then pour the honey over them. The video said to remove bubbles if there are any but I have not done that. Maybe I will.
- Now cover your jar and put it off to the side for a few days so the honey soaks into the garlic.
- I use one spoonful per day when boosting, meaning I do not use this on a daily basis. I use raw unfiltered honey in green tea every night and don’t want to over-use honey.
- You should have the spoonful on an empty stomach, unlike the tea with honey that I drink near the end of each night.
